We have a 30-day policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us about an issue.
Because all products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Minor variations in color or appearance caused by screen settings

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Our print fulfillment partner does not accept standard customer returns, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items sold are custom printed to order and are considered personalized products. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, a replacement order will be sent.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know if your refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
